Is perioperative chemotherapy recommended in childhood and adolescent patients with synovial sarcoma? A systematic review
Synovial sarcoma is the most common soft tissue sarcomas among childhood and adolescents. Surgical resection with an R0 margin alone was recommended. Perioperative chemotherapy did not have a significant effect on survival.
