Environmental safety of the 180-W GreenLight Laser: a pilot study on plume and irrigating fluids
The study analyzed surgical smoke and irrigation fluid produced during photoselective vaporization of the prostate. Four organic compounds were identified in the analyses of the smoke samples. In the analysis of fluid samples, 16 organic elements were identified.
