Dorsal lumpectomy (DL) was found to be safe and effective compared to laparoscopic (LN) nephrectomy in patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) DL had a shorter total OR time (173min vs 198min) and surgery time (101min vs 135min) compared to LN.
