Severe COVID-19 Infection and Pediatric Comorbidities: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis
There is limited information on the severity of COVID-19 infection in children with comorbidities. Children with underlying conditions have a higher risk of severe infection and associated mortality. Additional studies are needed to further evaluate this relationship.
