Cumulative evidence for reducing recurrence of colonic diverticular bleeding using endoscopic clipping versus band ligation: Systematic review and meta-analysis
We conducted a systematic review to determine the most common endoscopic treatment for the colonic ridge. Rebleeding is a significant clinical outcome, but there is no evidence that it is a big deal. We found that the area around the ridge is more likely to have a long-term effect on the health of the body. We also found the area has a high level of overall hemostatic effects.
