Longitudinal Changes in Fecal Calprotectin Levels Among Pregnant Women With and Without Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Their Babies

FC levels were correlated with the bacterial abundance in both mothers and babies. Pregnancy is associated with decreased inflammatory activity in mothers with IBD.
